All their support groups function as islands, one does not know what the other is doing. If you lodge a complaint over internet banking, the phone banking department does not know about it!

They can't provide credible services even in the shorter route, Mumbai-Pune. It is too much to expect good service on longer routes.

I had been to this hospital about a year ago, to undergo tests as required by my new company. Some points about the hospital: 1. Parking is atrocious 2. No hygienic place to sit in the reception area! 3. Toooo many mosquitoes in a hospital. I wonder patients are cured!

Makemytrip is at least 1,000 times better than irctc, though they charge 10/- extra per ticket. Try it out.

Did you expect any better service from Fraudtel? Read my story (old one), My case is no different, I was also cheated by Airtel Lucky MTN, they escaped from the clutches of Fraudtel!
