yes, Nivalink did refund me the amount that Sanjay says. In effect they have won a customer in me, (though I would not agree with him completely ) and Sea princess has lost many.

The owner should not comment on his/her own resort. Ms Talathi is the owner and we had spoken to her during the day of our departure. She was not very cooperative to put it mildly. I dont know what proofs she wants? If they have inproved their services, it will be good for the people. I wish instead read more...

If you have read my review I had mentioned that I SPOKE with the owner and his wife, when I still I had to pay Rs.3000/- extra, I wrote a comment and mnd you during the same time there are many others who have commented the same.
