As you all can see, the cleartrip team was very fast in replying to my review but still has not refunded my money..what liars!!! some audacity they have to promise and still not keep it. Another promise which i don't expect you will keep. You are still not giving me a date when i will recieve my refund. I have heard the similar statements from any of your executives.

Sorry to disappoint u but i had to do a lot of running around for a ticket cncellation in April and its August now and no signs of any refund. They give u bullshit like 3-4 days and then say refund has been approved and will take 15-20 working days and then they stop responding to ur emails. Its a h read more...
