I am sure tata sky would be much better than big tv. you can go for any other dth player but do not go for big tv.

i too agree with big tvs big problems. i repent buying big tv. they just bbelieve in cheating their customers and offering poor quality of service.

Ask me, i repent buying big tv. it has only big problems. STB and customer care, these are the two areas big tv is very poor..

This is too bad... and nothing but fruad. How can they charge something for a downgrade? This is not the right way to ean revenues. changing pack is purely a function of user requirements and any company for that matter cannot have preferential treatment to customers downgrading their pack.

big tv has ensured that thier issues get bigger & bigger. Even I bougfht big tv and am really repenting going for it. Big tv has 3 main problems. one is their slow customer service, second is their delays in installation..and third is their Set top box.

interactive services are def good`at tata sky...big tv has no interactive services surprisingly...Hv heard that tata sky has exclusive BBC entertainment & CBB channel… big tv does not offer these channels…can anyone tell me if dish tv has these channels??`which are the other channels exclusive to bi read more...
