If you look at what 'Ram' has written then undoutably, it looks like Tata Sky people writing under psedonames and singing praise about the company. All my brothers and sisters who have been harassed by Tata Sky. I have sent an ultimatum to the company and waiting for reply. Their auto-response to my email has come and I am waiting for a more human reply from a human being from Tata Sky. I will decide my next step. I am determined even to spend read more...

I am a Management Professor. What I can see is that Tata's have spread themselves too thin. Their big bosses are busy with their prestige projects like Nano (or NoNo !), leaving the smaller Tata companies like Tata Sky, Tata Indicom in lousy and incompetent hands.
