Last year I did a round trip Pune-Goa-Pune, I went via Phonda Ghat > Kankavali and came via Ajra > Nippani, I found that the Phonda Ghat route had good roads even though it adds @20kms and thats reasonable. Thanks for your review. I had a planned a trip to Kerala and was looking for a good tour operator. Going through ur review and couple of other reviews, I now prefer to drive to kerala in my own car, it'd be little hectic but 'caution is better than cure' :). Cheers! K Raje
