I dont think it is 1700/- in any way. I have changed CSF filter 8 months ago for nearly 750 rupees. In case of marvella RO, the germkill kit ( which contains an included CSF filter) only costs 2625/- They are greedy, money hungry people from customer care who will spoil this gr8 product. I have sent the DOA letter from HP to snapdeal and waiting for replacement. I don't know if I will get a replacement (working condition ) laptop from Snapdeal, as I can see many DOA requests are not even attended by Snapdeal. Waiting fingers crossed.

I have the same experience with snapdeal. I ordered HP 2000 2d37tu laptop as part of Rakhi offer and received a damaged produt. Now I have sent the DOA letter from HP to snapdeal and waiting for replacement.

gr8 review. Even I'm also chetaed by them by ordering an HP laptop which I found faulty. Now I'm contacting HP to resolve the issue. I will never buy anything from snapdeal or infibeam.
