Hi Aravind Pulsar 150 maximum torque is 12.76 Nm @ 6500 rpm and 10.8 Nm @ 7000 rpm but Unicorn is 12.75 Nm @ 5500 rpm. so you decide which bike has better performance. The gear ratio of Unicorn is entirely different from pulsar.
