Recently they have update this info : What the crap is going on ???? Not at all justified. From Amazon I have received an email. 'While we appreciate your interest, the closure of your Amazon.in account is a permanent action. Any new accounts you open will be closed as well. As your ama read more...

Yes thats true and these days they r trying to act as Bank and saying that ur account has been put hold and if open any new account then we will close them as well.
For no reason they have closed my account. They are not at all ready to provide any info as well on it. No where it is mentioned thr website that a customer cant have more than 1 account. Further same mail was sent to their head 'jeff@amazon.com' and 'amit@amazon.com' but then respond at the last read more...
