DON'T BUY ANY FLATS FROM SOVEREIGN BUILDERS.Sovereign Builders are cheating / Theatening all their customers. BIG BIG BIG cheaters in the construction industry. They are trying to rip the customers after getting them in their trap by showing low cost housing option.
