I entirely agree, Tony. SBI Card really sucks. Till recently, it was very difficult to get through to their help line too. Since SBI is a co-sponsor (SBI Cards is a joint venture of SBI & GE) and it is the SBI brand name that makes the card sell, it is high time the SBI top brass gave the jokers read more...

Dear Jai, I am afraid I haven't yet been able to check out the fuel efficiency. Generally, it is advisable to let the engine settle in a bit before checking fuel efficiency. But with a 1300 cc engine under the hood, one shouldn't expect any miracles.
I checked with Spice as to why they introduced a validity period for their pre-paid currency. The answer: other service providers had complained to the TRAI, who had instructed Spice to fall in line.
