1.your petrol tank should contain 3 or more than 3 litres of petrol. 2.move the vehicle as you move a car when it is not starting. push it away without starting. After doing above things kick start the vehicle. Chaw!!! you will not face any sounds again. Sushant Swami

Don't come to conclusion instantly. Wait for 2 months and then write again. i am sure that you will face the problem again because you found a wrong reason behind starting and sound problems.
Dear RAGHUBHAI, i am using NIS 2006 with windows xp sp2 and working excellent for me. what would i want to know is you comp's h/w configuration. NIS 2006 is preferred for only those PCs which are having 512 MB RAM/P4 or higher. if RAM is below 512 MB then upgrade it. It isnt costly now. You need read more...
