Hyundai Customer Care is a big Joke.. It is nothing when compared to Maruthi... They register complaint at their discretion ( or choice ) and forward it to dealer who is going to further ruin your car and say some stupid stories. Better stay away

I never said Hyundai Cars are poor quality... The service network and supply of spares is worst. Also most of the service centers of Hyundai doesn't have skilled technicians...
When the car gives electronic problems it will be so annoying that 100% of the time it will be misdiagnosed at service station. You will have to wait indefinitely to get the spares. Most of the service engineers are incompetent, and doesn't understand the underlying causes.
I have Hyundai car.. Its not about the car but the service network. If there is any problem in car then it's going to take big chunk of your time and money. Most of the time you end up with faulty car for ever. I am planning to sell and buy Maruthi
I don't know how long it's going to take. Surely I will not recommend this dealer.
