IFB makes good products and very competitively priced. BUT they are very bad at service. you have to call them multiple times if any problem happens. I will say, not to buy from this builder. (Not just this property). If some re-sale of the builder is available, a person can see before buying. AVOID booking under-construction from this builder.

Agree. Avoid booking with KUL builder. Its already April 2015 and no visibility of possession date and people have already forgotten about bridge.
