I think 'sabualex' meant above in 3) was clutch pedal. I also suffered from lack of pulling in 2nd and 3 rd gear then I had to gear down to get the pick up. I suspect it is due to the miscalculation of the electronic brain.

I have almost the same experience after 10 months and 15000 Km. Very disappointing ! Reached 1500 Km with 93 liters of of diesel ie about 16 Km/Ltr. About 40% city /suburbs and 60% AC on. Not bad.
