Update: Since I am not sure I will get the refund, I was waiting for their delivery. And some one nice (named Minish Jha?) from Bangalore called me up thrice to tell me that he will personally take care of the delivery and installation. I am having the same experience, seem my review on this. Waiting for 8 days now, one of the customer service guys told me that they are running short of hardware. As I said in my review, i was one of the first scapegoats to embrace DAPO. It might have improved, but as I know it there is no easy way of exit, and yes.. Reliance customer care still takes more than 15 minutes to attend your call (from Bangalore) and after a lot of explaining they are not able to read more...
