Yesterday got a call from Tikona.. Again went through torture of a guy trying to pursue the connection and he was recommending not to close the connection.. We dont want Tikona, please close. Please confirm the closure. No further torture please.
How long will you take to close a connection? No response for closure.
Hi Tikona Care / Tikona_TDN, Your acknowledgement of receiving details is not really comforting enough as I dont see any timeline commitment for my request.. I just see you as Tikona_TDN. I dont really see your identity as for what you are responsible of in Tikona organization. -Vasu
Found out from Facebook there are many people suffering with Tikona connection. There is a community page describing the pains by customers. https://www.facebook.com/tikona.fraud
