I received a ' GIFT ' 2 days back from FORTUNE MOTORS dealer of my car. They said it from TATA and I was asked to sign a ' SATISFACTION ' letter regarding the issues which I had raised but still not attended to. MAHINDRA UNHOLI DAYS Though I appreciate the response by the CM spokesperson or whatever it is called; I somehow fail to understand why it takes so long to address a consumer complaint in India. Hi truepuneri; When I had showed them the faults I was told to give it in writing. When I gave in writing the dealer did not accept it. Now what I am supposed to do?
