I had bad experience with KPN and had posted my review too. Glad that you killed couple of bugs and a cockroach! :) You have saved some trouble for those sinned souls that may travel in future unaware of the bad service of KPN

Even in case of COD, they don't handover the product unless you pay cash in full before you could open the package.
