I see from sajo21's comments that the 3.0l motor is an old design. I liked the comment that the Safari is so comfortable, that the owner could 'live in it'! With 80,000km up in merely one year, apparently he does (live in the car)! That's serious mileage, is this Safari a taxi?
I didn't make the comparison, my comments on the actual car (with 27,000kms of use) were in response to the claimed status of the Safari. I agree, comparison is ridiculous, the Land Cruiser is a completely different class of car, in size alone let alone price (even in Australia). Whatever the car read more...
