@ derebail yeah, actually I was also really surprised at the response. Though I haven't tried it again after 15th march. Frankly, after the previous experience, it seemed risky. Urban Nawab is not veg. Though I don't remember if they serve the drinks.

Hi sri112 I had zeroed in on Vivekananda asram for staying. However, after reaching kanyakumari I just found some hotel near the main market area from where all sightseeing points were close. I won't recommend the ashram if you are short of time there. If you planning to spend some relaxed days read more...
Sorry for that but you can find all that info easily on travel websites. I just meant to give a first hand account of the location for people who are planning to go wayanad and stay in some resort.
