And also my friends from Cognizant warned me about another Manager - joined recently as Wholesale QA head. He was well known as Arrogant manager in his earlier organizations. Yes.. I too agree with Optimist318. This guy don't even have simple professional ethics. I didn't have direct interaction with this man, but recently there was an incident i came across and i really shocked.
