gud point that u've got there... let me jus illustrate my counter-view on that issue-- the crores that these guys have invested on buildin is being recovered in a month or 2 at the most... after that it is all about profit for these guys!! thanks for d ratin... n do keep posting rcc's!!

You know why I changed the rating... Anyway I hate this new look of MS... Its like the Quality no more matters because the review, even if its a one liner, always looks good..
