I too faced the battery indicator problem..but back up is still 4 hours...you can download the firmware from their website and install the same to remove this problem..

I am using DTDC for past 10 years...From my experience I say DTDC is good for Metros and other 2nd tier cities like Bangalore,Patna, Ahmedabad, Guwahati...But beyond that point one cann't rely on DTDC for prompt Delivery...Once I sent 2 parcel's via DTDC..one got delivered in 3 days but the other on read more...

Update...Today is October 9th...3 months passed but i am yet to get any replacements from seventymm.com for that Broken 3d Glass....so I stopped writing to them and thank my GOD that atleast I got the tablet on time....

I faced these same problems with Tikona..then I requested disconnection..But thats too a big headache..two months passed and still they are sending me bills..I too decided to file a complaint in consumer court to teach them a lesson.
