Don't blame IOffer because you got a customer who did a chargeback on you, it is not IOffer's fault, but yours for taking Paypal and not tracking or insuring it. Not much of a business person and then to whine about it and blame anyone but themself?!
people who aren't using IOffer. IOffer is a good place to buy and sell. Lots of neat items to buy from honest sellers. Notice how the posts from people who bash IOffer are almost all full of lies and dirty mouthed. What person would listen to such looser nasties?!

And so are the other ones that enforce the infringement problems that all scammers try on all sites. IOffer is a very nice place to shop and has a large variety of things to browse through, many honest and reliable sellers, too! Some of the posts on here are so bogus! They act like they know a read more...
