Whatsoever, I have paid the money to you and you are responsible to deliver it, which you have failed to do so. And in the user agreement nothing mentioned about the cancellation of a particular seat. Shut your stupid website and stop these arrogant answers to the affected customers. You have processed the full refund amount which we have paid earlier. Btw your customercare guys promised us they will bear the additional amount which we have paid for the cab, what about that..?
Here is my booking ID GOBUS7eb301393315629. Note that the bus was not cancelled, only our tickets got cancelled and were allocated to others without any notice. Cant believe the crap functionality of your organisation.

Cheated us Just to remind you that bus was not cancelled only our tickets got cancelled with prior notice and those tickets were allocated to others. What kind of organization are you running with the crap systems and not bothering about the customers
