@gaurisinha227, your no reponse to my queries clearly suggest that you have written a false, biased, paid review. The project is not even reached 30%. Either you work for them or you are trying to sell this project. Hope readers recognize your intent and do not get cheated. Shame on you!

Same story with Aplyne. Compensation of 3Rs / sqft is peanuts to Mantri and thats how they get away and continue to delay the projects. Most of their projects are delayed beyond reasonable time and worse they are not bothered. Not sure how long they can survive with this attitude.

The website of Mantri Courtyard says the possession is in 2017. Did they give you the possession on priority? Hope you are talking about Mantri Courtyard, Bangalore. The project progress pics show only columns. I doubt if there is any unit in that project of 50 lakhs.
