Dear Geet.... Sory to tel u but just by writing in consumer court forum doesn't mean u have filed any case against them. Why have you credited points in my account?? It was not my fault if after order that shoes was out of stock .. There should be policy of refund of money or make available the ordered shoes and if that is not possible. I am not even able to use 100% of my credit points.
