Mr Sunil Nair, If you are a responsible character do reply/contact me immediately. I have no more patience to bare Tikona's irresponsible/careless behavior. If you don’t react and resolve my problem in next 2 days I will look at all possible legal actions against Tikona.
Tikona have collected all the equipment long before. Despite of returning my deposit, they are still sending me bills and customer care people are chasing me for bill payment. What the f*** is this. Guys suggest me how can I teach them a lesson.
Why tikona is still calling me for bill payment. They are keep on calling me for bill payment.
I tried to contact nodal officer directly on phone (9972544865). but it was never connected. when ever i call it is putting in hold and call is getting disconnected automatically in 2 or 3 minutes. Again here also i am loosing currency unnecessarily by trying to contact nodal officer by phone.
I forgot to mention in my previous post. The address proof that i have submitted was the SAME AIRTEL LANDLINE BILL. I am airtel land line user as well for last 5 years. No action taken so far by the metlife. they just replied 2 times and saying they will initiate the refund process but not happened so far. Very Irresponsible, Pleaseee Dont go for METLIFE there customer services is tooooooooo bad. Trust level is nil
Today i received a reply from them saying they will update the status with in next 5 working days.
