Agree with Anuradha 100%. I am in the same boat. Each person in the office give his own version for the delay in refunds of first years rental. I think we need to wait till they find another goat to give them 30k. They need to fill their belly and if there is some thing left than mabe, just maybe we read more...

Totally agree with you. Amazon are doing a good job, it the delivery system that is at fault. It is their don't care attitude that irks the customer.
