I am also facing the same problem, I have to call almost daily to login. When you will call their customer care, they will tell you stupid reasons to increase the speed. Also if the technician has to come, he is also of no use. I spend ard Rs.100 every month to talk to tikona guys....

As mentioned in the comment regarding 48 hours, they got over in 96 hours and it resulted in one more call back promise, but no call. I think www.askmebazaar.com is setting standards how disgusted, unprofessional, fake a website can be

Dear jagdeesan, dont worry You will get enough such promise and especially from person of just 1 level high and they will say that they are on senior level. So just start believing that a pick pocket has taken your money and tell all to your friends what the site actually means
