Hi Sathya, The first service cost me nothing (happened at 1000km ... it was more of a car wash & general checkup) The second service (at 5000km) cost me around 700bucks. It included the egine oil change. The service guys were pushing for synthetic oil, but I went for the normal one. Another read more...

These people are just thugs. I too am facing the same problem. How the hell can they remove channels from an existing package???? The helpline says that they can remove channels whenever they feel like, what a joke of the customer rights !!!
