Unfortunately, the demand for housing is so high that such unethical builders are able to get away with whatever they 'deliver'. Compound wall has not been closed at Renaissance Brindavan as well. Good you have such an excellent experience. You sure are lucky. However, know a large population of people who have bought flats from Renaissance and have been badly let down including myself. You are absolutely right and have given good advise to prospective buyers. Hope they take it seriously and do a detailed diligence before dealing with Renaissance.

Like I have said earlier, purchase from Renaissance and be guaranteed that you will buy into misery - this advise is for prospective flat owners. Those of us who have fallen are still looking for redemption.
Renaissance can only exceed expectations by delivering years of misery to all their customers. This is guaranteed.
