Like I have said earlier, purchase from Renaissance and be guaranteed that you will buy into misery - this advise is for prospective flat owners. Those of us who have fallen are still looking for redemption.

May be common for you in your experience. May be you are buying flats all around town and you find getting cheated by builders common. Please do not be too optimistic about Mantri or Prestige or others. I bough a flat from Renaissance and had the worst possible experience and have blacklisted them in my contact network. My advise - DON'T EVEN Go NEAR THEM. You just need to visit a few of their projects and talk to flat owners (early ones ) . Projects such as Renaissance Brindavan, Renaissance Prospero, Park 2 and 3 , Rainbow, Jagriti etc. None of these places there's a time line to complete the project, quality read more...
