I second panchajanya, the review looks like a fake one from agent or company person! But these people are little wise, so there is a chance that somebody overwhelmed about the vehicle wrote this mileage crap!!!

Well said Corres, the single most important point TVS Scooty scores is lightweight, low height zippy drive! Anything else is a compromise, when you think of middle aged and fragile teens driving this!!! But I am yet to do a full analysis of the height and weight of comparable scooters.
