Agree. They seem to be cheating the customer, nobody bothers about service. Not only sales ppl but even senior management doesnt care. Just when i began to think that after complaining to senior people in headquarters/corporate HQ Hathway would do some good, they do the opposite -they sent an engineer who did not know anything. This guy Bapu needs to study logic. His reviews show that the thought process is incomplete, not a useful review at all.
Bapu needs to grow some brains. This is a specimen of how a review should not be like.
