Dear 'guest_id' Do you set the mode to 'ECO'? if not then set the mode to 'ECO'. another thing, in 'ECO' mode your bike reach 60 KM/Hr speed nearly 5500 RPM, not in 4500 RPM. in 'PWR' mode you may get nearly 60KM/Hr speed in 4500 RPM.
