Dear Anand, I agree with u tht he shd not crib. Let me repeat that IGATE has a 3 months notice period ( changed with a prior notice of 1 hour) . If that was not enough they have a STRICT NO BUY BACK policy which makes it even worse to look out for a change when hardly any org will wait that long read more...
