The focus of this review was to tell about Punt & the service provided by tata for fiat - i just mentioned the process of choice punto vs other cars - but you seem to be caught up with tata car and not with the bigger picture of the review - people put their reviews so that others get clear picture read more...
Well i wanted to give a realistic picture of what i had to face when it comes to service - nothing to do with Tata - its more to make sure that FIAT gets aware of the less importance that FIAT customers get when the go to avail service.
