@BigRock I am surprised to see your message here. My problem is resolved. I hope you do the good work contionusly.
@Emptor My site was hacked which I didn't know until BigRock blocked all my accounts related to BigRock. When I asked them for the reason to block, they replied to run a virus scan. @dipesh.majumdar You are right, Bigrock seems like does not provide data security in odd events like hack attack. And, it is also true their customer service is bad. Among many Customer service executives in BigRock, very few are good. You should be lucky to interact with a good executive.
After writing this post on this site, I think BigRock noticed my issue and, also resolved my problem immediately. This time they replied back politely to my Email. I hope they continue the same customer service.
