Issue resolving tea ??? I am quite sure that you are absolutely clueless of either using computers or writing a review. Does it take 10 days to know your cable is faulty ? Firstly 1Mbps means 1000 bits per second. 1 Mbps = 1024 Kbps. So theoretically equivalent to 128 KBps.( 1 Byte = 8 bits) Hence you are using 128 KBps plan.
