So at last i got a email stating that Letsbuy have shipped the product,(12 days after receiving the order and payment),and for that i have to send more than 10 emails to the customer service.Even though they posted here that they have forwarded the complaint to some department,i didn't get any info/ read more...

Sometimes back i ordered a Nokia C2-03 from Flipkart,i got it delivered after 3 days and after using the mobile for about 7 days the phone stopped recognizing the second sim,i just emailed Flipkart about the issue and the next day itself they shipped me a new mobile and i got it delivered after 3 da read more...
