same with me too.. no response from any customer helpdesk/email/calls. etc. very unprofessional. hope they are not frauds and scammers.

They never keep up to their promises.. the prices we paid are enough to get a holidays. in a much better place then the accomodation these guys proivde.. not at all value for your money.. i am too one of the victim of the CV/CCIL .. :(
