Most unethical comany and group , they cheat customers in name of agreement , They ask you to take posssesion of proeprty which dont have OC , ,they ask to pay property tax for property which is not yet registerd on your name , mosy unethical people

Yes 5 star property with huge seepage issue , lift isssues bad construction quality , already there was a protest by this community against builder . Sattva all property are over priced and under quality and also lot of cheatings

I am a owner of 3BHK in slarapuria laurel Heights , one who booked in prelaunch any one who wants to buy any property in salarpuria please learn a lesson from my experience

Property can be good but if the buider is not good and his intention is to cheat , he will cheat you ib any ways and you will not be able to realize the benifit. Salarpuria are big thugs so please keep away
