Yes,thankfully, i received my laptop 2 days back. No they did not charge me any octroi for it.

dnganesh did u get your product delivered as of now?
Finally, after much efforts, I see that they have verified my order.The due date for the delivery of my product is 19th Feb 2013.I will see and will update here in case I do not receive my product.
I finally got my refund today within 2 days so atleast Snapdeal is Prompt in Refunding. Only if they can show this promptness in delivering the product then that would be a major step ahead towards customer satisfaction.

Their vouchers might be good for discounts but they do not check the quality of service provided by their vendors. Also, the matter of fact that they are absolutely not good when it comes to product deals because the product is never delivered.
I do not remember the names of the people I had communication with however it was on Nov.18th 2011 that I was told by a female customer Ser. Exec,. that your product has been dispatched on 17th Nov and the shipment details will be given to you within 24 hours which never happened. Again, today Nov 2 read more...
