Karnataka Bank is not at all customer friendly. Charging 58/- for one sheet of bank account statement!! Very insane. They are extremely inefficient people. Still follow age old practices of banking.
I faced a similar issue a week ago. They charged 58/- inr for just one page account statement. And one hour to get me the print out of account statement. The staff is very inefficient, their printers have problems!!
