Finally I got HTC One :) So far it looks good Thanks to ' mouthshut.com ' Trivedi & vicki I think you also need to wait for a while ..
@ vickii045 , Yes Vicki , They Shipped my mobile on 22nd and Today Courier Guy called me that and informed he will told that within Hr. he will Deliver mobile .Looking forward for that.. Hope you also get yous soon
