If that's the case then Puravankara has to pay the compensation and you have to fight for that. Better spend your time and energy in getting the compensation.
CONTINUED... now they are facing the issues ....Couple of my friend and myself moved out of that project.... So don't feel that We are 100% correct ....In todays world you need to be more careful when doing such big transactions....Moreover I still say that Puravankara could have done more bet read more...

My Comments are practical and i've never said Purvankara gave insufficient amenities rather what was promised is delivered. If people don't want to be materialistic and donn't want to acheive self realisation thyen they should inculcuate habit of reading documents before putting there signature. No read more...
