If that's the case then Puravankara has to pay the compensation and you have to fight for that. Better spend your time and energy in getting the compensation.

CONTINUED... now they are facing the issues ....Couple of my friend and myself moved out of that project.... So don't feel that We are 100% correct ....In todays world you need to be more careful when doing such big transactions....Moreover I still say that Puravankara could have done more bet read more...

Hi There, Yes all the residents are aware about the legal issue and we are discussing the same with builder. From Puravankara side they have started issuing Indeminity Letter to all residents stating that all legal issues will be handled by Puravankara and no residents and even association will be read more...

You need to look at the entire project before you shoot so many questions regd Amenities and all....If you go around Panorama you can see the work going on as far as amenties are concerned......If you have read the agreement you should have not posted such basic questions...Anyways i'll again point read more...

My Comments are practical and i've never said Purvankara gave insufficient amenities rather what was promised is delivered. If people don't want to be materialistic and donn't want to acheive self realisation thyen they should inculcuate habit of reading documents before putting there signature. No read more...
