I filled transaction dispute form and written a detailed application mail to debit.card@axisbank.com. Ask them to share transaction dispute form first

Country vacation will not give you refund. you have to drop one cancellation mail to country vacation (do this as soon as possible within 10 days)and then raise transaction dispute to your bank.
