Their service is not at all efficient in the first place. As long as you are doing online stuff or ATM operations, it is fine. Because they have deployed good technology. But as soon as you enter any branch, you are treated like a dog. I once said to one ICICI executive that they are worse read more...

Hi Kundan, I would suggest you to do one of the following : 1. Request for a change of address 2. Request for new ATM card 3. Request for printed statement 4. Ask some info at info@icici.com Inshort try any operation that involves interaction with the branch PEOPLE. I'm sure you will read more...
