Friends, I hope this update on complete picture helps you choose better.
The worst part of the Poor, Pathetic, Irresponsible, Stupid team of cutomer service includnghe managers, and same service engineers, is that they will always make fool of you. They will tell they are comiong home with spare parts, or to cehck machine etc. Before leaving from office, I will call and read more...
6. Now for one month, they kept saying the person is coming with spare parts. Be at home. I check with them on call whether coming or not. They confirm, I go home early and then they will not come.
